Top Business Apps Performance in El Salvador: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the business app landscape in El Salvador saw varying performance trends across the top five applications. Here's a detailed look at their weekly downloads, revenue, and active users based on data from Sensor Tower.

Zoom Workplace from zoom.com experienced fluctuations in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads began at 3.8K and peaked at 4.2K in early October, before gradually declining to about 2K by the end of December. Revenue showed a similar pattern, peaking at $524 in late October and ending the quarter with approximately $350. Active users started at 280K, dipped to 238K mid-December, and closed at 263K.

Puma PRIS (SV) by Puma Energy had a notable surge in downloads in early December, reaching 5K, before tapering off to around 1K by the end of the month. No revenue data was recorded for this period.

Microsoft Teams from Microsoft Corporation saw a steady decline in downloads from 3.3K in early October to just over 1K by the end of December. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, starting at 268K, peaking at 289K mid-November, and ending at 251K.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had a positive trend in downloads, beginning with 1.5K and climbing to over 2K by late December. Active users increased steadily from 13K to 14K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Microsoft Authenticator also from Microsoft Corporation, showed a significant drop in downloads from 4.8K in early October to just over 1K by the end of December. The active user count mirrored this trend, starting at 19K, dropping to 14K mid-December, and closing at 18K.
